The mission of the project is to research and study the continuity of the local female designer scene, the female designers’ authorial accomplishments, their influence on their contemporaries and today’s designers, as well as the environment and circumstances they worked in. The project attempts to give a face to such authors and portray their contributions to the design profession as integrally as possible while taking into account the context in which the women designers worked. The research material is presented through a digital online database in the making, published in a book, and presented through exhibitions in Croatia and internationally.
